The Borg Queen

Is this the end of Humanity?

“Space: The final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before. “

Some people say we got a lot of malice, some say it’s a lotta nerve.
But I say we won’t quit movin’ until we get what we deserve.
We’ve been buked and we’ve been scourned.
We’ve been treated bad, talked about as sure as you’re born.
But just as sure as it take two eyes to make a pair, huh!
Brother we can’t quit until we get our share.
Say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud.
Say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud.
One more time, say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud, huh!

A Brighter Day

Taught to Never Give Up.

I grew up in a time where I was so proud to be a Black Girl. When Star Trek came on TV in 1969,  I was 12 years old, and we still had Black & White TV.

Wow! Like many little Black girls (called Colored then), Lieutenant Commander Uhura was my hero.

A Black Woman at a Star Ship’s Controls.

Uhura was a Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. Better yet, she was an African woman. Her name Nyota Uhura is Swahili. She gave me hope that Black women would play a pivotal role in the human race’s survival.

Star Trek is my all-time favorite show. I have watched every series and every episode.  I never get tired of them.  When the world gets to be too much, I drag out a Star Trek DVDs and feel there is still hope.

Star Trek gave us a peek of a possible future. Watch them while you can because if things continue on this path, we will become extinct, and it’s exactly what we will deserve.

But, now, the future looks scary.

“We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own.”

StarDate 2020

We’ve learned that “The Borg,” a cybernetic life-form thousand of years old, is heading to Earth. They have a singular goal, namely “the consumption of technology, rather than wealth or political expansion.”

“The Borg” has crossed the neutral zone. Our mission is to open a gateway for those humans willing to evacuate to a planet where peace and harmony exist so that their diversity can grow and flourish. White Supremacists will be left behind. I only hope we aren’t too late.

StarDate 2020: Addendum

It’s 10 days from a major election in the United States, and I feel horror at the state of things. If Demigod Trump wins, he will continue to behave exactly and do exactly what he wants.

His allies will attack those who don’t or won’t conform to  “White Control.” It’s hard to fathom that White Supremacy, an outdated “social, economic, and political system that enables White people to maintain power over people of other races and species,” still exists. Captain out.

The 2020 Presidential Election

Talk About Horror!

Maybe Earth has had enough of us.

“No Justice. No Peace.”

What if “The Borg” were real, and they were trying to wipe us out? I’d grab a job on any galaxy-class Starship and travel through that wormhole” to get away from what will happen after this election.  But, in anticipation, I will dig through my old Star Trek DVDs and watch all of them again.

But, back to the 2020″Presidential” Election

Trump or Biden

Pence or Harris

Even “The Borg” doesn’t want him.

😡We all know Trump isn’t normal. He’s a con man. He’s mean, childish, egotistical, and incompetent to boot. And, like ‘”The Kazon,” he and his clan would not add anything of value to the Borg’s perfection.

😣Both of the men we are considering for the President might not make it to the end of their term. So, who would become President concerns me more. I’m afraid he is not from this world.

😫Actually, I’m afraid Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway, Archer, Georgiou, Lorca, or Pike (stuck in some an alien contraption) can’t save us now. In 2020, we’ve been hit with so many things, including a worldwide pandemic, that I don’t know if the human race will make it through. While my husband, Adil, is more optimistic. He believes we will come through this intact.

😭On the other hand, I think the planet is just tired of us and found a way to pick us off. Otherwise, why is my country, “the leader of the free world,” going back in time to a “Dark Age” to become the worse authoritarian nation ever?

😔Left with no technology and only swords and tribal wars, I have to ask if the Borg have already taken over this joint and left stupid Dictators to rule over those not already snatched up yet? Does this sound too gloomy?

Fire! Fire! Everywhere.

The Plague

Thousands are dead.  Millions infected.

No end in sight.

We’re not doing so well.

Still, our current President doesn’t believe science is relevant.  On the other hand, maybe it’s as simple as someone put “stupid” in our water, and my imagination is in overdrive. Just about every country is in turmoil.

Have you watched any news except what’s going on in America?  One of our many problems as Americans is that we don’t think anything has meaning but our country and culture.

We are arrogant, selfish, and, at times, evil.  I mean, Why do I hear Trump (talking over a sound system) tell thousands of out-to-lunch people that science is a “hoax” when he just got out of the damn hospital for COVID-19, along with his family and other numb-numbs in his cabinet and claim to have taken experimental medication that cured him?

Kiss My Ass Covid!

Science is a Hoax and Covid-19 is Fake News!

Let’s Press the Reset Button.

First, Why would a hoard of humans listen to this fool? They were yelling, “Yea, yea, science is a hoax!” at the top of their lungs. And if you believe him, why did he go to some of the best Doctors on the planet? Then;

  • Don’t call 911 if you have a heart attack?
  • Please don’t take any medications; you don’t need them.
  • Refuse to take viagra. It’s a hoax.

Second, Forget about your belief in God, Trump is your savior, and you obviously reject a God who gave you a modicum of common sense?

Third, is there any reason why thousands of Trump supporters (not all of them ignorant or uneducated ) post on social media, use cell phones and watch the news when they don’t believe in science?

Fourth, Are some of these the same people who believe the earth is flat? Many of Trump’s biggest supporters are the Super Rich & educated. They don’t want anything but power and to keep White Supremacy on point.

How very sad. Just look at these pitiful men.😔

It’s “OK To Be White” & White Women Don’t Need Rights.

Fifth, women, I know some of you are opposed to abortion and believe that a fetus has more rights than you. Do you see yourself as an alien  “host?” We won’t need you in a moment to walk around pregnant. We’ll dangle you from hangers, insert embryos into your bodies, and like in “The Matrix,” use you as a battery.

Sixth, People tell me again, why would you vote for someone who put a bounty on the heads of two women Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer almost kidnapped and, Representative Ihan Abdullahi Omar, a Black woman also from Michigan, by calling on thousands of rabid primarily White supporters to “Lock them up!”. Oh, I get it; you hate women in positions of power.

Melanin molecule.

Give Me Melanin or Give Us All Death.

Why, if you are Black or any other non-white person, would you vote for someone who sees you as the barbaric enemy? To think that Dr. Francis Crest Welsling’s theory of the lack of melanin being the reason for White Supremacy (see “The Cress Theory of Color-Confrontation and Racism) would signal the destruction of the planet.

She believed that “the genocide of people of color is caused by white people’s inability to produce melanin.” And that the minority status of Whites has caused what she calls a preoccupation with White genetic survival.

Who is that Black Man in the middle of that crowd? And why is he there?

God Will Prevail

One Race and One Religion “Shall Be Done.”

Would you think a White Supremacist wants to share the world with you when they believe you are inferior?

And, why, poor thing, did Ice Cube open his mouth and believe that his paltry plan justified him to be the spokesperson for Black people. Add 50 Cent, Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, and Lil Pump to that list.

A. Are they crazy?

B. They trying to get a new album out?

C: Have they been smoking too much weed or snortin’ cocaine?

I’m ready to go.  Aren’t You?

Or do you believe;

🧐1.  Maalish. (Arabic for no worry).

Racism doesn’t exist anymore. It’s all better now. I don’t think so. And speaking of Arabs, most Americans are ignorant and therefore believe that. Every Middle Eastern person looks a particular way and that. They are all terrorists anyway. Be a Black Arab, and you get hit with a double whammy.

🧐2. We Should Kick Immigrants Out.

Specifically, why would Latinos vote for a man who said all of you were criminals and rapists and who locked up your children in cages at the Mexican border? I watched this President toss paper towels at Puerto Rican after a horrific storm.

Mind you; this country has always treated Latinos as second-class citizens. And I understand that Latinos aren’t a homogenous group just like everyone else. But, when White racists see you, they only see one thing—illegal immigrants taking away their jobs.

🧐3. The “China Virus” is Our Enemy.

Subsequently, why aren’t I hearing and seeing more Asians standing up and making their voices heard in this election? According to one of my favorite Governors of New York’s Cuomo, why are you guys blamed for COVID-19, which we learned it migrated from China but came to the US by way of Europe? Actually, I can understand why you’re so quiet. You are in danger.

🤬E. My biggest beef is with people on the left.

Those who refuse to vote for Joe Biden? Meanwhile, hundreds of Republicans plan to vote for Biden out of disgust with their candidate. I can deal with dedicated Republicans who believe in their party. But, not the so-called progressives who made Trump’s election possible.

My all-time favorite Star Trek episode.

“The Emissary,” when Worf’s old girlfriend, K’Ehleydre, shows up on the Enterprise. Some old warrior Klingons have come out of a century-long deep hibernation and believe they are still at war with the Federation.

Fortunately, K’Ehleydre(Klingon), a Federation Emissary, arrives in a person-size capsule to deal with this crisis. She didn’t know her old flame was on the Enterprise. Apparently, the relationship between Worf & K’Ehleydre didn’t end well, but Captain Picard told Worf he had to work with her anyway.

So, of course, there is tension, and she ends their first strategy session short because of his arrogance and with a loud, ” “Meeting Adjoined,” she storms out of the room, stomps to her quarters, and slams her fist through a glass table.

What I love most about this episode is how she’s a match for Worf. Later they have sex, and all is well. Their collaboration is ultimately successful.  I believe Women will be the saviors (just as they gave birth) of this world. But, as long as men continue to step on their rights, this planet won’t make it.

She’ll be my “Number One.”

When you compare our present life with old Star Treks, it’s obvious we are in rough waters. As a matter of fact, I can’t wait for this pandemic to end so I can get out of this country and sit with some normal people for a change.

I won’t need to say a word because my brain is tired. Fortunately,  I won’t understand them, and they won’t understand me because there is no such thing yet, as a universal translator. To sum it up, even if there were one, I’d turn it off.

Star Trek: The Borg Queen

Ultimately our inability to live together will lead to the entire planet being absorbed into “The Borg Collective.” And, then, we all will be walking around with cybernetic devices screwed into our heads.  But, no. worries, I’ve got practice with those devices, and you’ll have me as your Queen.
